Terms of Service
These terms apply to the DeskPeto website, accounts, generation service, orders, and downloadable ChatGPT/Codex companion packages. By using the service, you agree to follow them.

Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to the DeskPeto website, accounts, orders, generation service, previews, and downloads. By creating an account, submitting an order, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use DeskPeto for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
Accounts and security
Provide an accurate email address and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you notice unauthorized use, change your credentials and contact support promptly. You may not sell accounts, impersonate another person, or create accounts in bulk through automation.
Uploads and permission to use them
You must own the images you upload or have clear permission to use them to generate a desktop companion. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, privacy-invasive material, sensitive personal information without consent, or content that violates another person’s image, privacy, or intellectual property rights.
Generation and digital delivery
DeskPeto generates ChatGPT/Codex desktop companion resources from your image and selected style. Results vary with source quality and model capabilities and may not exactly match the source or your expectations. Generation begins after payment confirmation. Completed orders provide an online preview, delivery checks, and a downloadable Codex Pet resource package. Download and back up completed files promptly.
Price, currency, and payment
The product, one-time price, settlement currency, and deliverables are shown before checkout. Third-party payment providers such as Waffo process payment, and their checkout may show their name, statement descriptor, taxes, or exchange-rate information. DeskPeto does not receive or store a full card number or security code. An order enters generation only after the payment provider confirms successful payment.
Cancellation, refunds, and delivery remedies
Each order is custom digital content. You may cancel before payment. Once payment is confirmed and generation has started, orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded for a change of mind or subjective style preference, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If you are charged twice, payment succeeds but the order does not enter generation, or DeskPeto cannot deliver a usable package after reasonable retries, contact support@deskpeto.com promptly with the order number and a description of the issue. We will first repair or regenerate the delivery; if that is not possible, we will refund the affected order. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, and posting time depends on the payment provider and card issuer.
Your content and the necessary license
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in uploaded content. You give DeskPeto a limited license to process it as needed for generation, content safety checks, quality checks, storage, support, and delivery. Work remains private unless you actively choose to share it publicly.
Intellectual property and output use
The DeskPeto website, brand, interface, software, and service technology are protected by intellectual property rules. These terms do not transfer those rights. You may use delivered resources for personal or commercial projects when you hold the necessary rights, but you may not claim ownership of the DeskPeto platform, models, or brand, or use outputs to infringe third-party rights.
Prohibited conduct and account action
Do not bypass payment or access controls, abuse interfaces, interfere with service security, distribute malware, commit fraud, submit baseless chargebacks, or use DeskPeto to create or distribute unlawful or infringing content. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate affected accounts and orders where there is a security risk, illegal conduct, or material breach, and will notify you when reasonably practical.
Service changes and limits
We may adjust features for security, compliance, or product improvement and will update this page for material changes. DeskPeto is not responsible beyond applicable legal requirements for third-party outages, compatibility issues involving a user device or ChatGPT/Codex version, or losses caused by misuse outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Notices, contact, and updates
Important order or service notices may be sent to your account email or displayed in the product. When these terms change materially, we will update the effective date and provide notice where reasonable. Updated terms apply to use after their effective date; completed earlier orders remain subject to the terms shown at checkout and any mandatory law.
